Your Oceano Hotel unit will deliver 62% of the rental income as profit to the unit owner.

There are no restrictions for the use of your unit on holidays and high season dates. While your unit is not being used, the Oceano team will rent it out and provide you with a detailed monthly report.

Transparency & Management

The owners at Oceano can access the hotel’s reservation system with a special owner’s log-in from anywhere around the world and see which rooms are being cleaned, used and reserved. In addition, 8 Internet based live view cameras will display the hotel’s reception desk, restaurant and other public areas so you can further monitor your investment.
